biiju.com "website" is an e-commerce site operated by biiju by Joanna Boyen Ltd of 17 Muncaster Road, London SW11 6NY. biiju is our trading name. References in this Agreement to "we", "us" or "our" mean biiju by Joanna Boyen Limited and / or biiju.com. Reference to "you" and/or "your" mean the purchaser buying the goods from us subject to these Terms and Conditions.
These terms and conditions govern your use of the site and purchase of goods and services from the site. Please read them carefully together with our Privacy Policy. By continuing to access the biiju.com website you are deemed to be accepting and consenting to the practices described in the Terms & Conditions which may be updated by us from time to time. A regular visit to this page will ensure awareness of any future changes. Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions.
We must receive payment in full for the price of goods that you order prior to our acceptance of your order. Once payment in full has been received by us we shall acknowledge receipt of your order by sending an email to the email address that you provided. This does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order takes place when we dispatch the goods ordered and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time we send an order dispatched email.
Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. Only adults (persons aged 18 and over) are entitled to enter into legally binding contracts.
Pricing and Payment
The prices payable for goods that you order are those set out in our website. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
All our prices are in pounds sterling and we will bill you in pounds sterling.
If you purchase from outside the UK, currency fluctuations, credit card and bank charges may make a difference to the amount you are billed on your credit card of bank advice / statement. You may be required to pay extra for delivery and occasionally it may not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. Please note that any import duty and taxes incurred for shipping to certain countries are the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellation, Returns and Refunds on Bespoke products
You have 1 working day to cancel your order of bespoke products. Please note carefully that from the close of business on the working day following the date you received confirmation of your order, products ordered from the bespoke sections of this website will no longer be eligible for cancellation. Neither will they be eligible for return, refund or exchange. This website's primary purpose is for the creation of bespoke (customized / personalized / commissioned) products and all sections of the website, with the sole exception of the Ready To Wear section, fall into the bespoke category. All sales of bespoke products are considered final after the close of business on the working day following the date you received confirmation of your order. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns and Refunds on Ready To Wear products
To return goods purchased from the Ready To Wear section (only) of the website call 0203 282 7593 or email enquiries@biiju.com by close of business within 7 working days of receipt of your purchase. Overseas customers must ship the parcel back to us using a reputable international courier service (we recommend Fedex), and insured for the good's full value. UK customers must return the goods to us using the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service and insured for the good's full value. The shipping and postage receipt for returning the package must be retained by you. The goods must be packed securely in the packaging that you received them in. We are not liable to refund you any moneys if the goods are returned to us broken or damaged. Once we have received the goods we will process the refund within 7 working days. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Shipping and Delivery
We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you provide us for delivery at the time you place the order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give is correct and accurate and that there is somebody to sign for and take delivery of the goods. If your order is returned to us because delivery could not be effected for whatever reason then you will be responsible for the costs of delivery and any additional redelivery costs.
We will not be responsible for any delays once we have dispatched goods and they are in possession of a courier service or Royal Mail.
UK Orders: For all UK deliveries we use the Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Service unless it is preferable to use some other service. Deliveries are free. Please note that there are some remote areas within the UK where the Royal Mail cannot guarantee next day delivery, such as Highlands and Islands.
Overseas Orders: We use the Royal Mail. Deliveries are free, but please note that any import duties and taxes incurred for shipping to certain countries are the responsibility of the customer.
Promotions
We may from time to time offer promotional discounts which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified purchases made through the website. We have the right to change or stop promotional offers at our discretion and offer codes are subject to the following conditions:-

Codes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available

Please note that some products on our website may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other products may be represented at a larger size in order to clearly show details, or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item.
